BFFs Presented by Saint Joseph Symphony

Saturday, October 17, 2026
7:00 pm9:00 pm

Our opening concert celebrates the power of Best Friends Forever (BFF!) - on every level. At its heart are two of music’s most legendary companions, Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, whose mutual admiration shaped the Classical era. That spirit of connection continues on stage through our guest artists and their special relationship with our conductor. The program culminates in Haydn’s beloved Symphony No. 45 (“Farewell” Symphony), a witty and touching work that reveals the deep bond between the composer and his orchestra. And once again because you love when we explore, we’re delighted to share a hidden gem: Mozart’s radiant Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and Orchestra, a dazzling showcase of musical dialogue and friendship. Join us in celebrating the joy of connection - onstage and off - by bringing a few of your own BFFs to this memorable evening with the BFF masters of the Classical era.
