  the Annual Membership Meeting and The Mayor’s Awards for the Arts at the 
 Benton Club.  For over 30 years the Mayor’s Awards have honored and celebr
 ated people and organizations that contribute to the vibrancy of the arts 
 and/or increase access to arts experiences in St. Joseph\, Missouri.  \n\n
 Awards in six categories will be presented during the event. They are:  Ar
 tist of the Year\; Arts Educator of the Year\; Youth Artist\; Organization
 al Achievement in the Arts\; Individual Leadership and Outstanding Volunte
 er.  \n\n“The Mayor’s Awards for the Arts and annual meeting is a night to
  celebrate the arts\, to bring together people who create\, value\, and su
 pport the arts”\, according to Executive Director Jessica Agnew. \n\nTicke
